Stage I marks the grand genesis of human consciousness through collective unity—Doorea. It honors the ancient Korean ethos of communal collaboration, where individual survival transforms into a shared, sacred destiny. Upon the pristine, architectural bedrock of 1,000°C baked white vermiculite, the human narrative begins not in isolation, but in gathering.

The structural spine of the artwork features aggressively crumpled and fractured architectural aluminum, meticulously gilded with pure silver leaf. To reflect the weathered endurance of humanity, the metallic glare has been softened with a matte titanium white gesso wash, while deep folds are shadowed with a custom-blended grey gesso to evoke ancient patinated hardship. Flanking this central spine, dozens of hand-shaped Hanji spheres—sculpted from 24-hour water-steeped Hanji, museum-grade Lineco archival adhesive, and titanium white gesso—cluster closely, symbolizing resilient individual souls bound in solidarity. Sweeping across the white bedrock is a dynamic diagonal gradation of grafted white vermiculite fragments—heavily layered at the upper-right and lower-left quadrants—visualizing humanity dynamically carving a path forward together through existential storms.

Concealed within this communal matrix lies a single, pristine Swarovski crystal—the Quantum Observer—whose silent, eternal gaze collapses the chaotic waves of individual probability into a unified, permanent reality of absolute peace

제1단계 '두레(Doorea)'는 집단적 유대감을 통한 인간 의식의 위대한 탄생을 선언합니다. 개인의 생존이 공유된 신성한 운명으로 승화하는 한국 고유의 공동체 철학을 오마주합니다. 1,000°C에서 소성된 정갈한 백질석 베드락 위에서, 인간의 대서사는 고립이 아닌 연대 속에서 시작됩니다.
작품의 중심 척추를 형성하는 것은 거칠게 구겨지고 파열된 건축용 알루미늄과 은박(Pure Silver Leaf)입니다. 역사적 시련을 견뎌낸 인류의 굳건함을 표현하기 위해, 강한 금속 광택은 티타늄 화이트 젯소로 세련되게 반무광 처리되었으며, 깊게 접힌 골짜기마다 화이트와 블랙을 조색한 그레이 젯소로 음영을 주어 숭고한 풍화의 마모감을 부여했습니다.
