The Maison Qualia Manifesto:
A Universe of Living Cells

Maison Qualia Section ──▶ "Coming Soon:

Habenhaus is a private maison that does not merely create objects; we design a sanctuary for your everyday life—a visual and tactile ecosystem where cosmic silence and raw human vitality meet.

I. The Void and The Light In a world filled with noise, we seek the 'Void.' Our deep, matte black is not just a color; it is the absolute stillness where all noise disappears. Upon this sacred darkness, the subtle shimmer of minerals and gold leaf emerges—a celebration of life and cosmic energy born from the silence.

II. The Hanji-Cell as a Persona We transform traditional pure Hanji paper into living "Hanji-Cells"—individual personas that are meticulously sculpted, hardened, and shaped by human hands. This unique cellular DNA breathes through every dimension of our maison: from the monumental 48-inch panels and intimate 20-inch works to standalone Hanji-Cell Objets. It is a tactile invitation to touch your own soul through the raw texture of the material.

III. Mending the Universe Everything in the universe is connected. Inspired by the traditional Korean art of Jogakbo (mending fragments of fabric), we weave together these individual Hanji-Cells and textiles to create a vast, harmonious cosmos. This act of mending is our ritual of blessing the cosmic connection between our maison and your home.

We invite you to experience a "Measure of Silence." May these works bring a profound peace and a manifestation of raw vitality to your space.
